Shipping policy

We dispatch orders daily from our Salt Lake City or Knoxville warehouse depending on your location via UPS or Fedex (Monday - Friday) to contiguous USA states only.  

No PO boxes.  Enter your residential or business street address for delivery.  

Same day dispatch of items in stock if you order before 12noon EST.

You will receive a tracking email once your order is sent.

Check that the item(s) in your cart are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Lost In Transit Orders

For missing orders or items lost in transit, please contact us within 50 days of the item being sent to arrange replacement.
