Returns Policy
At Muscle Mat, we care about quality. For faults, you are covered by a 12 month warranty from delivery date.
Staining, marks, sweat stains, grease, spills, and any damage caused by the customer are not covered under warranty. Not following care instructions will void any warranty. You must have original proof of purchase and be the original purchaser for the warranty to apply. Any warranty claims must be lodged within the 12 month warranty period. To make a warranty claim, please email us.
Please note, there are differences in lighting and device screens which may mean the colouring differs in your home compared to online.
60 Day Guarantee
We are so confident you will love your Muscle Mat product that we offer a 60 Day Guarantee on eligible items (excluding bulky items such as Cloud Pads and Relax Chairs). Upon return of the item you are entitled to a store credit.
Under this guarantee:

Store credit is available within 60 days of receipt.

Store credit may be issued for verified product faults where appropriate.

Proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be approved by us prior to sending. Once approved, the item must be posted within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns must be posted, we cannot accept returns dropped off at our warehouse.
Store credits are issued in the form of a voucher and cannot be refunded to the original payment method or any other payment method.
Returns – Bulky Items
Bulky or oversized items including Relax Chairs and Cloud Pads are excluded from the 60 Day Guarantee.
Change of mind returns are not available for bulky or oversized items due to freight and handling limitations.
Please carefully review product dimensions and descriptions before purchasing.
Changes to orders
Changes (including cancellations, size, colour or address updates) after ordering are not able to be fulfilled due to fast processing times. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.
Store credits and coupons
Store credits can not be used in conjunction with coupon or code based promotions.
Postage and/or processing fees
We may require a reshipping, restocking, postage and/or processing fee for uncollected or refused deliveries, or where an incorrect address has been provided ($30-$50 per item).
Missing orders
For missing orders or items lost in transit by USPS, please contact us within 50 days of the item being sent.
